Shipping and Sizing Information

Shipping Schedule
Here you will find all the information that relates to your custom boutique apparel and our shipping policy and calendar. Please read carefully.

If you choose priority shipping on printed items like tshirts and totes, your order will still take a few days to print but it will ship via USPS Priority Mail when it is ready. Please email us at info@josiekatstrunk.com if you need your order by a specific date.
Currently, Josiekat's Trunk orders are taking two to three weeks to assemble and ship. Please note the following dates. This will help you determine when your HOLIDAY order will ship. *****IMPORTANT: If it is for a specific holiday or occasion, please indicate that in the comment section of the checkout process.***** Orders with no date or holiday specified will be shipped 2 to 3 weeks after the order is processed.
Josiekat's Trunk is a "custom clothing boutique" and we do not stock our apparel as retail stores do. All orders are sent to production after the order is placed. If you choose priority or expedited shipping, you order will still need to be built. If you have any questions on production time, please let us know.
Deadlines for Holiday Ordering:
Order by March 18th for delivery before Easter.
Order by May 18th for delivery by Memorial Day.
Order by June 21st for delivery by 4th of July.
Order by August 26th for delivery before Labor Day
Order by October 18th for delivery by Halloween, October 31st.
Order by November 15th for delivery by Thanksgiving.
Order by December 1st for delivery by the first night of Hannukah
Order by December 17th for delivery before Christmas Day, December 25th.
Order by December 20th for delivery before New Year's Eve, December 31st.
Shipping costs start around $4 and vary by weight. The heavier the items/apparel the more the shipping. If you have special shipping needs, please email us before placing your order.
Please Note: We have received many requests after orders are placed for expedited shipping and in order to be fair to those that pay for rush charges, we cannot promise rush assembly and shipping. We will get your item there by the specified holiday if the deadline is met. Orders placed after the recommended cut-off dates will need to purchase our assembly/shipping upgrades for guaranteed holiday delivery. We will extend our dates if we can assure holiday delivery is still possible. All apparel and accessories are custom made at the time of order. Our typical delivery is approximately 2 to 3 weeks from the time of order(unless a holiday cut-off has been extended). This means your order will ship 2-3 weeks after you place your order. We offer same week and 48 hour turn-around for an additional charge.
SPECIAL HOLIDAY INFORMATION: We have Fed-Ex 2 day shipping available this year for the holidays. We require an adult signature when they package arrives. If no one will be there, please choose an alternate shipping address, such as work, to ensure that your package arrives by the intended date. We are not responsible for missed shipments where there is no adult to sign for the delivery. If you need special arrangements for your delivery, please email us and we will make sure we take care of changes or special delivery needs. We can often overnight with a shipping surcharge. We have found FedEx to be the most reliable method this time of year. We will arrange a Saturday delivery with upcharge via FedEx.
WEATHER DISCLAIMER: We have been having issues with both FedEx and USPS shipping due to freezing weather, snow and ice. They will not guarantee arrival or on-time delivery when planes cannot fly. Because this is out of our control, please know that we do everything we can to ship in time for an arrival(holiday, pageant or special occasion). We will not be able to refund purchases due weather delays beyond our control. We ship Fed-Ex Overnight and 2-Day as well as USPS Priority and Express. These services should arrive overnight or within 2 to 3 days of shipping. Weather will delay these services and we are not able to predict which cities they will go through that may slow delivery times significantly.
