Halter style bodice ties at the neck with soft silky elastic to match your dress(black is shown) the skirt of the dress is made from a whisper-soft chiffon(not scratchy tulle) in layers and lined in a coordinating taffeta. Dress will be a tea length unless a specific length is requested. Pin-on is a pouf of chiffon that matches the bottom of the dress and can be removed for washing.
